Joburg north stroke support group

...and we're on the go again.


We are picking up where we left off in March and continuing with pioneering a totally new approach in
post hospital discharge support & care.
 
This time around, Rehabmatters will be hosting the support group meeting.
The two hour session will be a combination of social/support time as well as an hour of activity.

We are inviting all stroke survivors and their family members or carers to join our support group meeting.

Date: Tuesday 18th April 2023

Time: 1pm to 3pm

Where: Rehabmatters

 200 Rivonia road, North Block, First floor, Morningside

Tea, coffee and snacks will be provided.
