Not always nice to start a newsletter with some sad news, however the one thing we learn as survivors... Life goes on! Matome will no longer be part of the support group as he has gone on to pursue new opportunities. We wish Matome well on his new endeavors and will be missed.
Replacing Matome will be Jacqui Dunn, also a social worker and we are very excited to welcome Jacqui to our support group.
Just as a reminder for our weekly dose of exercise, fun, sharing, uplifting and supporting each other!
