SSF young support group weekly meeting

Strokies is a support group for young stroke survivors!
The aim is to connect young survivors with similar challenges and dynamics brought upon by stroke and/or TIA. Having a platform to share our experiences and frustrations makes the world of difference! We can offer peer support to each other, thus creating an environment that allows us to adapt and thrive together.
