SUMMARY:Walking With Brandon Peer Support
DESCRIPTION:\nWe offer a safe environment that focuses on the mental wellbe
 ing and social integration. Our sessions bring members together in person 
 or virtually\, to connect\, share their experiences\, and encourage and su
 pport each other. Each year several topical issues such as personal health
  and hygiene\, assistive devices and the prevention and treatment of secon
 dary complications are presented and discussed. Our Peer Support programme
  has been effective in building camaraderie\, and reinforcing the view tha
 t no one needs to undertake their journey alone. This is in addition to ou
 r multi disciplinary\, outpatient rehabilitation programme offered at our 
 Therapy and Beyond Centre. Our practitioners also offer group exercise ses
 sions and exercise programmes to those who cannot access our facilities.\n
