We are pioneering a totally new approach in
post hospital discharge support & care.
 
We are collaborating with various rehab experts and starting a support group hosted at their amazing facilities...whereby the venue will alternate every week...all in the Johannesburg north area, thus offering support to cover a larger area!

The two hour session will be a combination of social/support time as well as an hour of activity.
