Joburg stroke support group
Just as a reminder, this coming Tuesday 27th, we will be at ADJUSTABILITY
for our weekly dose of exercise, fun, sharing, uplifting and supporting each other!

Topic for discussion this week with Simone, our social worker,  calming techniques to prevent stress and anxiety.

The two hour session will be a combination of social/support time as well as an hour of activity.

 

We are inviting all stroke survivors and their family members or carers to join our support group meeting.
