Joburg stroke support group
Just as a reminder, this coming Tuesday 4th, we will be at NICOLE DUFF PHYSIOTHERAPHY
for our weekly dose of exercise, fun, sharing, uplifting and supporting each other!

Topic for discussion this week with Simone, our social worker:  role changes - who I was vs who I am 
a dynamic all survivors and their families experience.

The two hour session will be a combination of social/support time as well as an hour of activity.

 

We are inviting all stroke survivors and their family members or carers to join our support group meeting.
