for our weekly dose of exercise, fun, sharing, uplifting and supporting each other!

At our last few sessions, it became very apparent that a deeper understanding of the stages of grief need to be explored. Over the next few weeks we will cover all the stages individually, this week we will discuss depression.
The two hour session will be a combination of social/support time as well as an hour of activity. |
