Just as a reminder, this coming Tuesday the 29th August, we will be at NICOLE DUFF PHYSIOTHERAPHY
for our weekly dose of exercise, fun, sharing, uplifting and supporting each other! 

Perhaps its time for a general 'shoot the breeze' session and  discuss anything on your mind, then followed by  
Anna the physio who will get our hearts pumping.
 
The two hour session will be a combination of social/support time as well as an hour of activity.

 

We are inviting all stroke survivors and their family members or carers to join our support group meeting.
