Just as a reminder, this coming Tuesday the 21st November, we will be at NICOLE DUFF PHYSIOTHERAPHY
for our weekly dose of exercise, fun, sharing, uplifting and supporting each other! 

Topic for discussion:
how you can include the hemiplegic arm in daily activities, and sensory education with OT Kimberley Jones.

The two hour session will be a combination of social/support time as well as an hour of activity.

We are inviting all stroke survivors and their family members or carers to join our support group meeting.
