If there's one thing we know for sure, change is the only constant in life!
And we definitely saw a lot of change at the Stroke Survivors Foundation. We have seen unbelievably successful events, overwhelming growth and we have made new friends in all aspects of the stroke world.
That's why, as we gear up for next year, we have a special present under the tree for all our stroke survivors, carers, healthcare professionals and general advocates.
We plan on growing our support groups nationwide and making sure no stroke survivor and their family goes without post hospital discharge support and care.
Thank you for being with us on our journey and from everyone here at SSF, we wish you the happiest and most blessed holiday season and New Year brimming with positivity and success.
